We are a pan-European company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of golf trolleys and offering our customers first-class service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Service Employee (m/f/d) for Customer Service and Service Repair, who will support our customers with expertise, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.

• Customer care: Providing telephone and written advice to our customers on our products and services.
• Problem solving: Processing and resolving inquiries, complaints and queries in close cooperation with other departments.
• Order and complaint management: Recording orders, changes and complaints.
• Data maintenance: Maintaining customer data in our system to ensure efficient communication.
• Proactive customer approach: Identifying potential for improvement and passing on customer feedback to the team to optimize our services.
• Repair and maintenance of our electric golf trolleys

• Strong Communication Skills: You enjoy communicating with people and already have experience in customer service. (Career changers welcome) English language skills are a plus. Flawless German spoken and written.
• Solution-oriented: You think in solutions and approach challenges with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a pleasant work environment with your open and helpful nature.
• Organizational Talent: You are able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and always maintain an overview.
• Technical Affinity: Basic knowledge of using MS Office, as well as technical understanding for simple repairs of electric trolleys.

• Working hours: Fixed 5-day week Monday to Friday, 30 days holiday/year
